10 Best Fall Mocktails Round Up

Happy fall ya’ll! I can’t believe the amazing cool weather we are having in Nashville already. We had an unseasonably warm fall last year so I am thrilled to already be breaking out the boots and sweaters.

The nice folks at Gruvi sent me some non-alcoholic beverage samples recently and the Prosecco was by far my favorite (I’m not a big beer drinker). Working from home 24/7 it is tempting to break out the wine any ole time but I am trying to limit my alcohol consumption to weekends. But I still like to sip on something! Non-alcoholic beverages have come a long way and are a great alternative for living a cleaner lifestyle. And, did you know that October is Sober October? It’s a great time to clean up and live healthy before we all get a little crazy and overindulge during the holidays! I have a feeling that a LOT OF US will be doing that this season. Hmmmm I can’t imagine why. 2020 has been a stress bomb!
