10 Easy, Breezy Summer Tops on a Budget

Happy Friday everyone! I have been extremely busy with work and of course the last month of school is approximately 1,000 days long or so it seems with projects due, banquets, awards programs, prom, spring formal and the list goes on and on. Plus my baby girl Miss A has 8th grade graduation next week. It is hitting me HARD that I will have two girls in high school this fall! Time does fly and I am trying to spend as much time as I can with them. College is right around the corner for Miss C. I can’t believe that some days!

Now that I work from home I don’t really “need” a lot of clothes but I do love getting some new things for summer. I was shopping with Miss A for a band awards dress at Target and ended up getting two cute tops for myself that were on sale. I love flowy tops for summer and the peasant type look with embroidery. They look great with jeans and sandals or shorts and look dressier than a t-shirt but are still casual! Plus they also look great in the fall with jeans and boots which I wear all fall and winter long.

Of course I’m always looking for great deals (we are saving up for a NYC trip this fall!) so I thought I’d share some great embroidered style finds for you for less than $30. If you love Free People or the boho type look these are great and you can buy a few at these prices!

These two tops are from Target. I am actually not a big fan of Target clothes as their clothes usually don’t fit me well (I am only 5 ft. 1!) But these were so cute and I love this Knox Rose line.

This pretty white 3/4 sleeve blouse can be found here. My 14-year-old told me it was the cutest top I own! It is also a soft lining. The marigold yellow top is sleeveless and can be found here AND is on clearance for $19.
