I love boots and tend to be biased toward tall boots and classic styles like riding boots. I have my favorites in rotation all winter! Now that spring is officially here but we aren’t quite at sandals weather (hello 30-degree March mornings in Nashville) I love the transitional look and feel of a bootie. I’m still seeing more short boots or booties year round. They make a great addition to your wardrobe if you love casual looks with jeans like me.

Arcopedico invited me to try out a pair of their booties and when I saw how comfortable and fashionable they looked, I knew I had to give these a try! I chose the faux suede vegan Luana style in a grayish blue shade that looks great with jeans. I love the height of the heel and the supportive sole. I’ve broken these babies in on outings with my girls! I’ve worn these on a middle school band trip, on an afternoon shopping excursion and on a hilly college campus tour with my teen during spring break. These booties were the next best stylish option beyond athletic shoes!

This bootie has side goring which allows for even more flexibility to fit the shape of your feet. The supportive sole is on a slight wedge to give a fashionable appearance while maintaining the comfort Arcopedico is famous for. I have high arches and I don’t like heels, but still like a wedge heel for height since I’m just a little over 5 ft 1 inch.

What can I say? These booties are extremely comfortable and were designed for comfort and style. The side zippers make them easy to take on and off. They are ideal for spring transitional weather. They also weigh less than a pound, making them lightweight to wear for comfort as well as easy to pack for a trip. And honestly my favorite tall brown suede boots are so very heavy that my back hurts if I wear them too long. These Arcopedico booties were made for walking and wearing! I’d like to get them in black or brown suede next.
