Five Sites To Score Deals on Travel

travel deals websites

When I planned our Disney World vacation a few years ago, I literally planned it down to the penny! There are a ton of options to save on travel packages and here are a few websites that are worth checking that may not be on your radar as you plan your dream vacation for the year.

Jetsetter – Jetsetter is part of the TripAdvisor family and features deals on higher-end boutique type hotels and brands. Their site is gorgeous and it’s fun to check out some seriously posh travel options. From the California Wine Country to the Caribbean, it’s a great place to search for luxury travel deals. The Member Favorites Section is worth perusing over purely for the drool factor. Budget travel planners don’t despair, however, as there are some hotels in the under $200 a night price range, such as the La Concha Resort in Puerto Rico for $189 a night and The Palms in Vegas baby starting at just $39 a night. Here’s a cool gift from me to you – book a trip through Jetsetter through my link and you’ll earn a $25 credit!

Air BnB – Definitely worth checking out for alternative lodging options, this is a gorgeous, clean website that is crack to the wanderlust soul. Whether you want to book a college bungalow in Atlanta for $35 a night or a beach front home in Australia for $145 a night, it’s a traveler’s dream. Whether an apartment for a night, a castle for a week, or a villa for a month, Airbnb connects people to unique travel experiences, at any price point, in more than 34,000 cities and 190 countries. And with world-class customer service and a growing community of users, Airbnb is the easiest way for people to monetize their extra space and showcase it to an audience of millions.

BBonline.com – I adore a good bed & breakfast! The deals section of BBonline.com is worth checking out! I like the search engine capabilities which allow you to really narrow down your options.

HomeAway – When we needed accommodations for just one night on Tybee Island a few years ago I tried VRBO.com but ultimately connected with the owner of a cute little peach house on the island. It wasn’t beach front, but we didn’t need that as we were visiting with friends on the way back to Nashville via Jekyll Island.

Groupon Getaways – Yeah, yeah I know Groupon is great for mani/pedi packages but did you know there are some serious deals to be found here? I’ve been scoping out the all-inclusive packages for Mexico and the Caribbean.
