Back to school shopping…sign me up!
I’m a closet shopaholic and both my girls trend toward the tomboy side of fashion. So any time I get the chance to indulge in a little retail therapy for them I get a little giddy.
Both my girls attend public schools here in Nashville and wear SSA, which is short for Standard School Attire. Basically they can wear khaki shorts, skorts, or pants with solid collared shirts, such as polos. Now that my older daughter is in middle school, though, she gets dress down days every Friday. And my 2nd grader gets occasional dress down days, too. These are the days we do a fist pump in front of the closet! Or at least I do. Ahem.
Old Navy is one of our favorite stores to hit for back to school fashion. Not only do they carry the standard school uniform staples, such as great polos in fun colors, at reasonable prices (as in they are on sale right now for just five bucks!), but they carry the trends that girls want for school.
Here are some of my favorite pieces from Old Navy for girls this fall:
Fun Pop-Color Jeans in a rainbow of colors.
