Miss A throws her first pottery masterpiece at Shimai Pottery and Gifts during the 6th annual Biscuits & Bluegrass Fesitval last fall. Biscuits & Bluegrass is held on the grounds of the Southern mecca of country ham and biscuits, the Loveless Cafe, here in Nashville. This year’s festival is slated for October 8.
Fall means cooler temperatures in the mornings, pumpkin spice lattes, chili and football!
It also means fall festivals. Lucky for us there are tons to choose from here in Middle Tennessee. And most offer free admission, making them perfect for family outings.
Check out my latest family travel post as the Nashville Travel Mom at TravelingMom.com where I list 10 Nashville area fall festivals, perfect for family fun.
What’s your favorite local festival?
I miss all of the great fall festivals that use to be in Orlando where I use to live here in Pensacola Florida there aren’t that many maybe one if I am lucky.
I love Pensacola, though! We do have a TON of festivals here. My girls are both playing soccer but I’m hoping we can sneak in a few of these this fall!
I really love the art you did from the small wheel… here in india., is a profession for some 🙂
