I’m still recovering from the world’s busiest weekend ever. Seriously right now a warm blanket and my couch sound lovely to me. Soccer is officially over, my 5-year-old had her first big Girl Scouts outing on Saturday, and Halloween kicked my butt like Freddy Krueger. Stick a fork in me, I’m done.
Also? I may be having Milk Duds withdrawal.
Don’t forget that every Monday I’m posting family friendly travel ideas as the Nashville TravelMom on TravelingMom.com. I’d love for you to read my travel tips and articles on great things to do in Nashville, Middle Tennessee, and throughout the Southeast! Today I’ve posted some fun facts about the Nashville Zoo. Our local zoo is one of my favorite family attractions and my 3rd grader, Miss C, recently had a fall field trip there. It’s a great place for children of all ages!
Some of my best ideas come from readers and I’d love to know what you’d like to read about. The beautiful Opryland Hotel is set to reopen this month after suffering extensive damage due to the flooding in early May so I’ll be sure to write about all the fun holiday activities taking place.
Do you have a question for me as the Nashville TravelMom? Leave it in the comments below and I’ll address them. I also welcome your ideas for travel articles. Thanks ya’ll!
p.s. Be sure to visit my product review and giveaway blog where I’m giving away a thermal tote from Thirty-One, which would make a great gift this Christmas!
