Saturday Night Jive

Saturday Night Fever

If you’re single and 25 you might want to avert your eyes but this is the hot action that happens every Saturday night at our house.

p.s. Speaking of hot action, I’m giving away three Dunkin’ Donuts gift cards over at my product review blog (and rumor has it I’ll be giving away a Sony Pocket Reader February 1 so be sure to stop by back by!)

  1. Connie Corey says:

Sounds like our wild Saturday night – I have three sons. The oldest is 13, he was asleep at 6:30 pm because he has some viral thing. Ds10 was reading in his bed, and the other Ds10 was reading on the couch.

    Me? Folding laundry.

Hubs? Working on his schedule for work.

Who says we don’t know how to party?? 🙂

  2. Melissa says:

LOVE the halloween jumper…because even in January you need a little trick or treating. 🙂 Hopped over to your product review and saw your DD Gift Card giveaway. We love DD and love their coffee better than SB too. Please enter me to win!!

I actually watched a bit of Lawrence Welk this weekend too – how crazy weird is that! (Does anyone under 40 even know who he is?)

Looks like our place only we also have a lot of blood and bruises. (boys)

  4. Jamie says:

My husband read this and said, “well it doesn’t happen EVERY Saturday night.”

I told him my blog is slightly exaggerated for comic effect. Plus it damn well sure feels like it happens every Saturday, especially in the winter! 😉

Jessica, our breakfast bar is the bane of my existence. It is a terrible catch-all for clutter and I take most of the blame for that. It’s also where I usuallly have my laptop, the girls’ school papers land, etc.

  5. Evan says:

It’s not too different from my home, I guess. Minus the TV and it’s perfectly like our place. Often, my daughters find a way to rock out loud just like that. Nice picture though, lol. Looks fun.

  6. Stacia says:

Your daughter’s rockin’ with that Lawrence Welk mirimba! Also, maybe she was thinking of pumpkins as analogous to polka dots. I mean, you really can’t watch the Welk in anything else.

  7. Liz says:

Yay! We aren’t the only people who watch Lawrence Welk on PBS on Saturday nights with the kids and wonder why we never thought this is what being a grown up meant?

  8. Angie Kujawski says:

I in addition to my guys have already been looking at the nice key points from your site while then I got a terrible feeling I never thanked the web blog owner for those strategies. Those young men came certainly excited to see them and already have pretty much been tapping into them. Thank you for being quite kind and also for figuring out certain nice subject areas millions of individuals are really wanting to know about. Our sincere apologies for not expressing appreciation to you sooner.

  9. Clinton says:

I’m not sure why but this web site is loading very slow for me. Is anyone else having this issue or is it a issue on my end? I’ll
check back later and see if the problem still exists.
