It’s always fun to go back through old picture and video files on your computer and find out that yes indeed you were THAT parent who acted the fool to get your baby to laugh on camera.

That is so funny! I have been watching video of my 5-year-old son along with him so that he can be better prepared for his baby brother, who is due in a month, and I thought the same thing! How annoying was I?

I am a reader of your mom’s blog but had to stop here to comment that I found myself laughing out loud yesterday watching my sis-in-law be an idiot talking to her new twin grand-daughters.

I always wish I could edit myself out! My kiddos will be using our videos to laugh at me (instead of the other way around) one day veeeeeery soon.

It’s also great when you make your babies utter a complete word. It takes hardwork, dedication and plenty of patience. Only to find out that their lips are designed to say those words in the first place, at the early stages of their lives. It doesn’t matter to me though. I love it when my daughters say my name first.
