Haiku Friday: Ode to a Turd and a Plea to Britney

I’ve never done Haiku Friday before, but here goes.

Please, please be gentle with me. I felt inspired today during a particular poignant moment.

Stray poop or raisin?

I pick it up regardless.

Moms are glamorous!

And because the Britney Spears story is all over the news…

Oh, Britney, Britney.

Please get yourself together.

You owe your sons that.

Haiku Friday was founded by A Mommy Story and Playgroups Are No Place for Children.

And yes, this is my THIRD post for the day. See you next week. Whew.

That was a great first time haiku!
The Britney thing is pretty sad, no? Poor kids. And really, poor her too. Just a bad situation all the way around and I hope everything works out. I think everyone should just leave her the crap alone.
Too funny about the poo. I find myself asking that question way more than I would like, “poo or…?”.
Great blog! I’m a first time visitor. 🙂

I so agree on Brit’s latest venture into the bottomless pit. I have no clue how she can keep outdoing herself!!

A new poo ‘ku-er! You gotta check out Blue Momma. She’s known as the poo ku queen. I’m amazed at how human excrement no longer scares me. The joys of motherhood, eh?

I don’t believe that this is your first haiku attempt! LOL

Great job. Britbrit’s a flakeflake, eh?

This was my 1st haiku. Or Brit-ku. Re-posting because the italics got messed up. Sorry for the double post. Wish I could delete/edit these instead. Or at least preview. (hint hint).

You want a piece of me?

    Piranharazzi feeding frenzy..

    Not much left

  5. Blonde Mom says:

I agree. I think she should move back in with her mama in Louisiana and raise those boys in the country!

That way they could grow up with their born out of wedlock cousin and Aunt Jamie Lynn.

I grew up in the country and look how I turned out. 😉
