Happy Birthday Dear Blog!

Two years ago today I fired up WordPress and posted my very first blog entry. I had been reading several mommy blogs and decided to give this crazy online journaling thing a whirl. I have to give props to Busy Mom. Her blog was one of the first I read regularly (and still do) and I still read many bloggers I discovered through her blogroll. One of these days I’m going to run into her in the checkout line at Publix. Probably on a day I am buying beer and tampons and nothing else.

I’m going to segue into, “what a great time for a little blog break!” Don’t worry, I’m way too talkative and addicted to blogging to stay away for very long.

Now if you really miss me, here are some of my favorite posts from the past year. Go break out the Cheetos and pour yourself a nice glass of Chianti a la Sweatpants Mom if you want to sit down and savor them all at once.

    Mucho love to your blog on her (his? its?) anniversary. It also happens to be LB’s birthday so I never EVER forget your anniversary. Unlike my mom’s birthday or my marriage anniversary. heh.
