There are several really honest blog posts out there in the blogosphere this week and when I catch my breath I’ll link to them.

I tend to write about the goofy daily things that make me laugh, lest I go insane or curl up in a ball and cry.

Today is my work from home day and here is my reality.

It is 11:15 and I have not showered. I forgot to send Miss C’s lunch with her so I now need to run up to the school at noon. We got in a “disagreement” about the outfit she chose for her spring class photos today. Miss A nearly drank curdled chocolate milk from a sippy cup that had been sitting out for God knows how long. My gas tank was on fumes when I dropped Miss C off at school. I had a somewhat stressful staff meeting at work Tuesday but thankfully still have a job. I’m going to be covering for someone at work while she is on maternity leave next month (which is really a blessing…job security!) Hubby cannot get rid of the Middle Tennessee sinus funk from hell. I can only find one of my favorite lounge type shoes. I washed the dog bed and put it out to dry Sunday and it’s been rained on outside all week. Miss A’s two favorite words are tooty and booty and hubby put the kibosh on that this morning.
