Last night my fabulous co-hort, Amy from Milkbreath and Margaritas, and I co-hosted Margarit-Her for local women bloggers who weren’t able to make it to the annual BlogHer conference in Chicago.

We met up at Cantina Laredo in the Gulch and had a fabulous time. One blogger drove down from Clarksville and one came in from Memphis which was just awesome. We gave out some fun door prizes, including two family four packs of tickets to the August Wiggles concert thanks to Sprout TV as Amy and I are both on their band of bloggers.

Amy and I are going to plan another get together for this fall, so stay tuned. If you weren’t able to meet up with us last night we’d love to see you next time. And I promise to continue to keep it classy with the fancy pants Post It note nametags and temporary tattoos! And a big thanks to Karla from Fruition Designs, Looking Towards Heaven, and Modern Media Mom for designing our super fab blog button. She wasn’t able to make it but still found time to share her mad design skills with us.
