Shop For a Cause! #GoodshopSunday

I’ll admit I’m not a huge fan of Black Friday. I’d rather sleep in and shop from home in my PJs. When I heard about #GoodshopSunday, I knew it was something I wanted to support!

Goodshop gives you access to 200,000 of amazing deals and coupons and donates a percentage of your purchases to the cause of your choice. Goodshop has 110,000 charities in its network and has donated $11 million to charity to date! Here are a few details:

  • Donations go back at no extra cost to the user or cause; you shop, they give. If you select a cause and shop with Goodshop, they donate 50% of the revenue they make.

  • You’ll be shopping during the holidays anyway…why not give at the same time? This year, take the pledge to buy a gift that gives back on November 30. Better yet, select stores have double donations and exclusive deals on Goodshop Sunday, making it even easier to save money and give back this holiday season.

Chances are you’ll be shopping at some big retail stores like GAP, Best Buy, and Nordstrom this weekend, so why not check out all the coupons featured on Goodshop and take the #GoodShopSunday pledge? They also have an app so you can shop directly from your smart phone or tablet, which is my personal favorite mode of shopping.

Search for your favorite nonprofit here and check out all the featured nonprofits, from Make a Wish Foundation to the Wounded Warrior Project. One feature I love is that you can search for your favorite local charity. Nashville friends, this means you can support area organizations such as Nashville Humane Association, an organization near and dear to my heart as my husband and I adopted our first fur baby Bailey from NHA.

GoodShopSunday Pledge

I’ve taken the #GoodshopSunday pledge and will be shopping for a good cause this Sunday, November 30.

200,000 coupons and deals and more than 100,000 causes to support? You can’t go wrong with this kind of shopping!

You can find more information about Goodshop on their website. I hope ya’ll will check it out as you map out your holiday shopping strategy!
