Actually it’s not her birthday (it’s in June), but the picture was taken exactly three years ago today. I came across it in my photos on my work computer and couldn’t believe how much she has changed in three years!
I’m major allergy drugs, so I’m probably not thinking (i.e. blogging) clearly.
Okay how precious is that? Where does the time go? I think it gets lost somewhere between that paint we bought last spring and school starting again. So much truth in the phrase that life is what happens when you’re busy planning something else.

Oh I love that photo! And I know what you mean – the time goes by in an instant. I was holding Abby on my lap the other day and thinking to myself, ‘when did she outgrow my lap?’. Sigh.
