Blog Thanks, I Wanna Be a CBO, and Steve Martin is in My Closet
The always fired up Firecracker Mom gave me a You Make My Day blog award. She says, “Jamie is a funny, witty girl. I love reading her blog.”

The fabulous Jennifer at Playgroups Are No Place for Children featured BlondeMomBlog on her sidebar as blog of the week and if I ever get around to it, I’d like to copy her and start a similar feature since I put my blogroll out of its misery many blog moons ago.
This post about dirty little secrets of motherhood was selected as an April Graco Monthly Nod winner by Graco blogger Kim Lefko. This is what Kim had to say, “This was an inspiring story and a great lead on an awesome book. It takes the guilt away knowing there is a little laugh to be had around the things that we do and knowing many other moms are doing the same thing. Excellent!!”

Thanks to Firecracker Mom, Jennifer, and Kim for stroking my blog ego.
Graco is one of several corporate blogs I’ve heard of lately. Here’s an interesting Workforce.com article about the trend, although only about 11 percent of Fortune 500 companies have corporate blogs. But still, I kind of fancy the title Chief Blogging Officer. What about you? Do you work for a company with a corporate blog? I graduated from college in 1991 when e-mail was a novelty and it was a big deal just to get Internet access at work via Netscape. And don’t get me started on the album collection we have in a milk crate in our hall closet. I will never part with my Steve Martin LPs. NEVER!

So what dinosaurs of technology do you have in your closets?
